At UKFast we are proud to represent the best of North West business enterprise and we are equally proud to be committed supporters of our local community.

We engage a number of community programmes, from charity events to supporting grass roots sports. We also run open days to educate local school children about our industry and the potentially exciting opportunities that they could pursue as a future career.

Here two of our company directors, Neil and Jonathan, are giving an introductory talk to school kids from Ashton on Mersey about what we do as a leading hosting provider.

The seminar is being held in our state-of-the-art conference room at our HQ on the top floor of City Tower in the heart of Manchester's business district.

Following the talk, the kids are shown round the office to get a flavour for the different types of professionals a hard-working hosting firm needs, including technicians, account managers, sales staff, programmers and marketing people.

The highly educational day is completed by a tour of our data centre facilities in Manchester, where the group gets to see first hand high-tech server racks and the impressive security measures that protect them.
